How do I register my business?
You can register on our online store by selecting Login/Register in the top right corner of the screen and then Register or directly on the form on the Home Page.

Enter your personal data: name, phone, postal code, restaurant address, email, and company details (NIF and Permanent Certificate)!

Read and accept the terms of use and information on the processing of your personal data, in accordance with current legislation (Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679). If you do not accept, you will not be able to proceed.

Click on Register

After our services validate your account, you will receive an email to confirm your account.

Log in and start shopping on our online store.
How can I change my customer details?
It's very easy, just follow these steps:
1. Log in to the online store.
2. In the top right corner, select My Account.
3. Make the desired changes.
4. After making the changes, click on Update.

How do you ensure the security of my personal data?
We implement mechanisms that guarantee the safeguarding of the integrity of this information. Your personal data is accessible only to a restricted number of people and is stored securely through encryption. Our information systems are protected and permanently monitored to prevent, detect, and impede the misuse of your personal data.
We only store your data for the period legally necessary to fulfill its purpose. After this period, your personal data will be anonymized or securely deleted. We store your data for various purposes, such as billing management, promotional communication, website registration management, home deliveries, warranties, after-sales support, and customer management.
What payment methods are available and how do they work?
Payments can be made as follows:
A. Debit/Credit Card - The use of this payment method requires the total value of the order to be held. The amount will only be charged after the customer confirms that they have received everything and according to their order.
I have a damaged product, what should I do?
If upon receipt of your product you identify that it is damaged, we will proceed with its exchange or return. After this period, no exchange will be made.
We always ask our customers to validate the entire order at the time of delivery or pickup at the warehouse.

What are the delivery areas?
We deliver throughout the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
You can check the postal code or name you defined for the addresses registered in your account, and which is associated with your session, at any time. You can view it in the top right corner of the screen under My Addresses.
How long does delivery take?
Depending on the area, we have different delivery times!
Odivelas area - We deliver within 6 hours
Other areas of the Lisbon metropolitan area - We deliver within 24 hours
We deliver throughout the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.When should I place my order?
All orders must be placed by 4 PM to be delivered within the next 24 hours
What is the delivery fee?
There are 2 options:

Delivery Fee - 24 business hours - Free for purchases over €120.00.

Delivery Fee - 24 business hours - €5.00 for purchases under €120.00.
Warehouse Pickup: no cost - available in 4 hours.
For products from our store, we offer deliveries from Monday to Friday.
